It is possible to donate bicycle ambulances, but not via Sakaramenta. Because Sakaramenta operates as a business and not as a NGO. The goal of Sakaramenta is to be a financial healthy organisation which brings development to Malawi. The choice to run Sakaramenta as a business, is that in this way Sakaramenta can only survive if it produces high quality products in an efficient way, according to the demand of the customer. 

But it is possible to help the people in Malawi and donate a bicycle ambulances via the NGO Transport4Transport

Transport4Transport (T4T) is an independent Dutch NGO which works together with a few specific NGO's in Malawi who are in a big need for bicyce ambulances. T4T donates bicycle ambulances to those Malawian NGO's,  in return these NGO's sign a agreement for each bicycle ambulance they receive. This agreement is about good ownership and reporting.
